Day-rates & overtime

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

A worker's pay starts from a day-rate. Projects can override it, and overtime kicks in beyond standard hours.

The rate model

Each worker has a day-rate. Divided by the standard day hours, that gives an hourly figure used to value attendance. Time beyond standard hours pays a separate overtime hourly rate.

Project overrides

Rates can live on the project
A rental project can set its own day-rate and per-worker overrides with a valid-from date — see Projects → Rental rates. Project rates take precedence for that site.

What counts as worked time

  • On-site minutes from check-in to check-out, minus the unpaid break.
  • Inter-site travel may be credited, depending on your attendance settings.
  • Time past standard hours is paid at the overtime rate.
Heads up
A worker's rate is frozen once their shifts in a period are locked by a payout. Edit rates before paying out, not after.

Time on site beyond the standard day hours is paid at the overtime hourly rate; the rest is regular time.

On a rental project, the project's rate (and any per-worker override there) takes precedence for that site.
