Advances, fines & bonuses
Актуально для версии 26.99.5
Every worker has one running balance. Earnings push it up; advances and fines pull it down.
What lands in the ledger
| Entry | Effect |
|---|---|
| Work & overtime earnings | Add to the balance (from attendance). |
| Bonus | Manual credit you add. |
| Advance | Money paid early — subtracts, recovered later. |
| Fine | Manual deduction. |
| Payout | Wages paid out — subtracts. |
| Correction | A manual adjustment either way. |
Reading the balance
A positive balance means the company owes the worker; negative means the worker owes the company (recovered from future payouts within the withhold cap).Advances
1
Worker requests an advance
From their cabinet, with an amount and method.
2
You approve or decline
Approved advances become a ledger debit.
3
Recovered on payout
Future payouts deduct the advance, up to the withhold cap per payout.
