Clients & client portal

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

Keep your customers in the loop without exposing your back office. Clients get a curated portal that shows progress, published reports and a running statement — and only what you choose to share.

How client data flows

1 · Real facts

Actual shifts, costs and internal notes — your private operating data.

2 · Moderation

You build a daily report, choose what is visible, and publish it.

3 · Client view

The client sees only published reports and a statement derived from them.

You decide what they see
Nothing reaches the client until you publish it. Worker names, individual lines and costs are all under your control, per project and per report.

What the portal shows

  • A money summary — charged, paid-in, this month, and balance.
  • Per-project breakdowns and subobject cost summaries.
  • The visible parts of the work plan and (for estimates) milestones.
  • Published daily reports and a filterable account statement.
  • A way to raise a dispute, if you enable it.
Tip
The client portal is an optional add-on. When it is off, clients simply can't sign in — everything else still works.

Частые вопросы

Only what you publish. Clients see the sale prices and lines you mark visible on a published report — never your internal costs or unpublished data.

It is an optional module. With it off, clients can't log in; with it on, each client sees only their own projects.

Its charges disappear from the client's statement immediately — the statement is derived live from published reports, not stored.
