Reviewing & correcting shifts

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

The attendance dashboard is where managers review flagged shifts, fix times, and clean up multi-site days.

Reviewing a shift

1
Open Attendance
Filter the list by date, project, worker or risk.
2
Open a flagged shift
See the selfie, the times, the location and every flag on it.
3
Adjust if needed
Edit check-in / check-out times — the duration and travel recompute automatically.
4
Clear flags & confirm
Dismiss individual flags or confirm the shift as reviewed.

Cleaning up a multi-site day

  • See the worker's other shifts the same day side by side.
  • Move a shift to the correct project if it was logged on the wrong site.
  • Delete a duplicate relocation leg; the day's travel recomputes.
Locked shifts
Once a shift is paid (locked by payroll), it can no longer be edited — this protects the audit trail. Record a correction instead.
Closure days
You can mark a project closed for a day. Self-service QR check-in is then blocked for that site, though a manager can still record attendance manually.
