Payroll runs & payouts

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

Payroll turns recorded attendance into paid wages: finalise unpaid shifts, then pay out the balance net of advances and fines.

Running payroll

1
Open Payroll
See the unpaid (closed) shifts waiting to be finalised.
2
Finalise up to a cut-off date
This posts the work and overtime earnings and locks those shifts.
3
Pay out
Record the payout to the worker, net of advances and fines, within the withhold cap.
4
History
Each run is recorded so you can review past periods.
Locking
Finalising locks those shifts and freezes their rates. Make any rate corrections before you finalise the period.

Payout methods

Workers can add payout methods (bank transfer, cash and more) in their cabinet and set a default — so you know where to send the money.
