Your company profile sets the identity and regional defaults that everyone on the account inherits.

Company identity

  • Company name — your legal/display name, shown across the app.
  • Logo & logo text — upload an image and set the text shown in the navbar.
  • Country — sets your billing currency.

Regional defaults

Timezone

All times are stored in UTC and shown in your company timezone. Each user may override their own.

Date & time format

Company-wide display format for dates and times.

Language

The interface language inherited by your team.

Theme

Light or dark — chosen per person in their profile.

Operational settings

Settings also holds module defaults you will use later: attendance rules (shift hours, breaks, geolocation), client options (disputes, portal), image quality, a Google Maps key for geofencing, and data-retention policy.

Tip
Personal timezone overrides live in each user's Profile and affect only that person's display. Date format and language stay company-wide.
