If your balance runs out the account is paused. Here is what happens, what stays reachable, and how access is restored.

Two kinds of block

Billing block
  • Triggered automatically when your balance goes negative.
  • The team can't use the platform — but the Billing screen stays reachable.
  • Lifts automatically the moment your balance is positive again.
Admin block
  • Set by the platform (not by your balance).
  • Looks similar, but only the platform admin can lift it.
  • Usually accompanied by a reason shown on the login screen.

What still works while suspended

  • The account owner can sign in and reach Billing to settle up.
  • You can top up by any available method.
  • Other team members are locked out until access is restored.

Even while suspended, the owner can reach the Billing screen.

Top up
Add enough to bring the balance positive.

Access restores automatically
For a billing block, the team regains access as soon as the balance is positive.
Heads up
Plan upgrades are blocked while suspended, but you can still pay and adjust settings. Topping up is always the way out of a billing block.
