How check-in works

Each project has its own QR code that identifies the site.

Take a selfie

A selfie is captured at check-in to confirm who is on site.

Confirm location

GPS is checked against the project geofence, where one is set.

Check out

Scanning out closes the shift and records the duration.

Smart flags for review

Shifts are recorded automatically, but anything worth a second look is flagged so you can review it — you don't police every shift by hand.

Time that gets paid

On-site minutes from check-in to check-out, minus an unpaid break.
Inter-site travel can be credited, based on your settings.

Tip

A shift left open is auto-closed after a long cut-off and flagged, so a forgotten check-out never runs forever.
