Moderation & visibility

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

Moderation is where you turn a day's real work into a clean, client-ready report — and decide exactly what the customer sees.

The publish flow

1
Build
Pick a project and day; the report gathers that day's shifts and costs as a draft.
2
Curate
Hide lines, set worker-name visibility, and choose how subobject costs are split.
3
Publish
The client now sees the report and its charges appear on their statement.
4
Correct or void
Re-open to amend, or void to remove the charges entirely — with an audit trail.

Visibility controls

ControlWhat it does
Worker namesShow real names, or anonymise as "Worker 1, 2…" — set per project.
Hide a lineOmit a specific worker or expense line from the client's report.
Project visibilityHide an entire project from the client portal.
Stage visibilityShow only the work-plan stages you mark visible.
Worker names are per project
Anonymity is a project-level setting — it applies to all workers on that project. You can't show one worker's name and hide another's on the same report.

Частые вопросы

The project is set to anonymise them. Enable "show worker names" on the project, then publish or correct the report.

Mark that line as not visible during moderation before publishing — it then never appears on the client's report or statement.
