Create a client, add their contacts, and optionally give them a login to the portal.

Client profile

  • Name and an active/inactive status.
  • Contacts — as many people as you like, each with role, phone and email.
  • Internal notes visible only to your staff.

Linking projects

Attach projects to a client to bill them and show progress. A project belongs to one client; a client can have many projects.

Giving portal access

Add an account email
Set the client's login email and a password.

Enable the portal
With the client-portal module on, they can now sign in to their cabinet.

Block or reset anytime
You can suspend access or reset the password without losing their data.
