White-label branding
White-label turns your ERP into your own branded app — your domain, your logo, your colours and your own outgoing email — for the people who log in to your company: your office, your crews and your clients.
What white-label gives you
Serve the ERP on a domain you own, verified by DNS, with an automatic HTTPS certificate.
Upload a logo, set your app name, and pick a brand-colour palette. Hide the platform footer.
Send password resets, codes and notifications from your own SMTP server and address.
Supply your own Maps key so maps keep working on your domain (Google keys are locked to a host).
When branding actually shows
The white-label look paints only when the add-on is active and the page is opened on your own white-label domain. On the main ERP host you still see the standard REDZ.BUILD look, even while logged in.
- Add-on active — White-label is a paid add-on enabled from your billing plan.
- On your domain — the branded theme, logo, footer setting and Maps key apply to requests served on your verified domain.
- Per company — each tenant has its own domain, colours and email; nothing is shared between companies.
Custom-domain status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Saved and waiting for DNS to be verified. |
| Active | Verified and live — the ERP is served on your domain over HTTPS. |
| Failed | The last DNS check did not match — fix the record and re-check. |
| Disabled | Removed — the domain no longer routes to your app. |
Where to set it up
Everything lives under Settings › White-label: domain, palette, footer, your Maps key and your SMTP. Logo and app name sit on the Company tab — they are ordinary branding fields that take effect once white-label is on.
