- Name, code and category (categories are colour-coded and re-orderable).
- Tracking mode — bulk pool or serialized units.
- Rate matrix — per hour, day, week, month or year, with a default billing unit.
- Deposit and a cover photo.
Status lifecycle

| Available | Bookable as normal. |
| Maintenance | Hidden from availability; no new bookings. |
| Retired | Archived for reference. |
