Rental projects bill the client for labour. Rates set how a worker's time on site converts into a charge.
Project default rate
Set a day-rate and an overtime hourly rate for the project. These apply to every worker on the site unless you override them.
Per-worker overrides

Open the project's Rental rates
You'll see the project default and a row per assigned worker.

Override a specific worker
Enter a different day-rate or overtime rate just for them.

Set a valid-from date
Rate changes apply from a date you choose, so past shifts keep their original rate.
Standard hours
A standard-day-hours value decides where regular time ends and overtime begins. The project can set its own, overriding the worker's default.Heads up
Rates can be edited until a worker's shifts are awaiting payment. Once shifts are locked by a payout, their rate is frozen.
