Roles & permissions

Актуально для версии 26.99.5

REDZ.BUILD uses fine-grained permissions, so every person sees exactly what they should — and nothing they shouldn't.

The four account types

TypeWhat they can do
OwnerEverything in your company, including billing and settings.
Team memberOnly the rights you grant — e.g. view workers but not edit payroll.
WorkerTheir personal cabinet only: check-in, payslips, requests.
ClientTheir portal only: project progress, reports and statements.

How rights work

Permissions are grouped by module — Workers, Projects, Attendance, Clients, Purchases, Equipment, Inventory, Payroll, Reports and Settings. For a team member you tick exactly the rights they need; the owner can grant any of them.

Built-in safety
A team member who can edit rights can only grant permissions they already hold themselves — so no one can quietly escalate their own access.

Suggested role templates

Site manager

Projects, attendance and workers — runs day-to-day site operations.

Accountant

Payroll, purchases and reports — handles the money, not the site.

Client manager

Clients and moderation — curates what customers see and answers disputes.

Viewer

View-only rights across modules for stakeholders who shouldn't edit.
